Add Windows layout after install #11

I though it would be useful to people trying to figure out exactly what changes in the install layout on the different platforms.

I took the Windows layout from the appveyor run so it is correct :-)

Feel free to edit and/or squash.

Yes. Actually for Windows we need to show that *.dll goes to bin folder so applications can use them without modifying PATH. Need to make a few tweaks for fruits.
