Inconsistent coloring #28

I have some sql in a template:
where
    DATETIME_ID > ? and DATETIME_ID <= ?
The '<= ?' is showing in green as shown in the attached picture.

Using 2.0.8 from the trunk on Vista.

The trigger does seem to be <=. See the attached picture for another example.
