Is it statistics for another user? If so, there is a text line tight above about Instagram bug, you can click on that.

Got it, thanks. But the idea is the same, Instagram changed website and it doesn't work properly when you request followers and followings. I've filed a bug, hope they'll fix it someday

So, the problem is that after a few script runs now I am unable to run it facing "Error: The whole list of followers/following isn't available at the moment" error for my own account which I logged in.

Still, this issue is not fixed by Instagram itself. It provides a not consistent followers list. For some users when you click on the corresponding button the number of followers/following people listed is less than the actual number. If that happens with your profile or profile you want to track that means If you try to scroll all your (or another person's) followers/following - you'll get fewer items in pop-up windows than it actually is and every time they will be different. I don't know any good working workaround. If I implement a solution when the script gonna try to have many requests to eventually fetch the whole list - your account might be banned because of the number of requests. That's just sad that Instagram doesn't react to tech feedback (actually any feedbacks)
