Missing ldg #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download the latest source package
2. Try to locate the ldg tool

What is the expected outcome?
Find the tool

What do you see instead?
Nothing

What version of the product are you using?
1.0.7

On what operating system?
Debian 

Notes:
ldg seems to be missing (or at least it's location/functionality undocumented)
