added ui for the rank and overall score #8

just some ui changes for the leaderboard. the leaderboard is also now in beta

I also have a script running on a vm that pings middleman every 100-200 seconds so hopefully it forces it to not go to sleep

does heroku have limits for how much uptime we get? I don't see any besides slug size whatever that is.

I am not sure, do you have your card added to the Heroku instance? if not then we shouldn't have to worry about any surprise charges
