add support for KH and KL #21

Other dicebots include KH (keep high) or KL (keep low) in syntax. example 5d100KL3 would keep the lowest 3 rolls from 5 D100 rolls. This might require some modifying how repeat rolls work in conjunction with keeping high vs low rolls.

mostly addressed using new system of /commands. don't need bot shorthands like this
