Pubmed Links not working #56

I just checked the latest case we investigated in the lab, CDK5 F82I, when I noticed that the links that should bring you to pubmed are broken.

I did not check them out lately as I haven't touched this part of the code in a longer while. It seems that the pubmed links are present in the mutations dictionary but, for example, not in the SVG if you download the image from activark CDK5 F82I and check it out in an editor.

I also checked some of the images I made yesterday, see this MAP2K1 case. Some pubmed links work, others don't. I think it must be due to the format and happens for activating/deactivating when multiple pubmed IDs are cited.

Did anything change in how the links are given in the dictionary?

Thanks for pointing it out. Yes, I updated a few things in the webApp and forgot to update this part of the code (I should have written a test for this before). Anyway, it's fixed now. Try the same URLs that you shared with me to see if you can see the updates.

If all is fine, you may close the issue.
