TSG vs Oncogenes #71

Rob: This TSG vs Oncogene thing is real. Just as soon as we have the right numbers, we should think about visualizing this as a means of saying whether the thing works. TGFBR2 = TSG and all deactivating. This is a point we should make in the general results section regarding COSMIC. But I can't do this until we have the final numbers. The thing is that we would want to compare neutrals to somatic, etc. for a given kinase, and this can't wait on another update of whatever. We need a frozen set.
