add A&D sorting #78

Hello @gurdeep330

Are you using the updated script (Enhancements_May2023/27June/Create_SVG_20230731.py)? I think the A&D sorting doesn't work properly on activark.

See this: http://activark.russelllab.org/result?uniqID=92NMS&kinase=BRAF&mutation=V600E and sort by A&D. You will notice that CDK78 pops up where it shouldn't.

For comparison, when I sort by A&D using the script locally it looks more reasonable: BRAF|P15056|413-758_Position600_Windowsize10_Topguns20_Sorting_12
