Y-limits sometimes wrong on Instantaneous Vertical Profile in Historic Mode #10

The Instantaneous Vertical Profiler chart sets the vertical bounds only on the last series plotted. With multiple dates or parameters, the extents may truncate older series.

The truncated series are still plotted, and can be viewed by changing the limits using the Bokeh tools (pan/zoom).
