[student <class> attendance] Leap year not accounted for. #2

Description

29 February 2023 is not accounted for.

Steps to reproduce

Suppose you have some person with index 5 in class 5A

Run student 5A attendance in/5 att/29/02/2023

Expected

Maybe an error saying that such day does not exist!

Actual

Actually marking present for the day

Cant give one because I cannot see the date from the Students portion of the UI =(

Giving low because not really cosmetic, though affected a bit.
