Random failure to create extranet copies of files #95

Describe the bug When transmitting a job the PDF set is created but occasionally the extra copies fail to generate. This seems to occur when there are database write errors in the logs. Running the jon without recording to the database will generate PDF and extranet copy of PDF files OK.

fixed with #98. this error was occuring when the clipboard was locked
