Vagrant file error on vagrant-centos #3

Hi !

I suppose, there is an error in the Vagrantfile line 16. The correct mapping is monitoring-docker instead of monitoring_docker or the repository need to be changed to monitoring_docker.

Another issue in the Chapter 2 (page 71) is the docker-compose is in the chapter02 folder and the book says chapter01 folder
