I'm also trying to compile this library and can't figure out where I can obtain the mpeg1 crate...

I also am facing the same issue, would love it to know any of you were able to read mp4 data if you did end up finding another crate

I wound up using mp4-rust: https://github.com/alfg/mp4-rust
