Desyncs decoding certain videos leads to incorrect scores #13

This only occurs in video mode and only on certain videos. The ffmpeg API is not decoding frames correctly, or in the correct order, or is skipping frames, or something.

This does not affect image mode. It is specific to the ffmpeg video decoder.
