Update readme saying we have moved #190

We have moved this crate to rust-bitcoin, update the README to say as much in preparation for archiving the repository.

I believe we can archive this repo after this PR merges. Looks like issues can be migrated too [0] (I didn't actually read this just quickly looked it up). You'll have to do it though @apoelstra because it requires write access to both repos. I'm happy to do it if you give me write access but the issues probably need your knowledge anyway so we don't migrate stale ones.
