As the project was aiming for a 2.0 release would it be worth trying to set that as a goal again? I can try to volunteer some time for this.
Looking at the tracking issue there should only be a few things outstanding?
We’d prefer a small release for that if possible, to prevent it stalling on the outstanding issues before making the jump to 2.0.
Agreed. A new minor-bump release does not hurt, especially with #66 and #67 merged.
Bumping this again. Who can do a release?

I can. I'll do it later today!
Great, thanks.
It would be great if we could have a new release for the changes made in https://github.com/rust-cli/human-panic/pull/63
