Use code blocks for output #149

Use code blocks instead of indented normal text; before, backticks were not displayed correctly.

I would prefer something like bash instead of `text

The error messages aren't valid shell script, that might be a problem for syntax highlighting, or not?

If not, I could change to console, which is used at some other places in the book. (Note that in the Rust book, text is used in many places.)
