Task

decide who wants to be an organizer (early)
decide who's best for which tasks (early)
decide who wants to join which group (early)
supervise the groups - one/two times per week - recurrent (early)
have a timetable / timeline for all the features/tasks (early)
check if tasks can be delegated - recurrent (early)
