I loved these and am happy to see them starting up again!

One thing: I'd prefer not to use the name "town hall" for this. We used to call it "production user outreach". I'd like to reserve "town hall" for more open-ended discussions with the Rust community at large, not limited to production users.

I also want to see if we can run those as well, but one thing at a time .... 😄

IMO "Production user outreach" is far easier to communicate, so that change sounds good.

As this will be a public document stating our intent, I think wording should be changed a little. Currently it includes both "we" and "I"
