Where is the Embed.toml? #491

I am learning rust embed discovery now. Now I should verify that all the tools were installed correctly on windows. But the book said "Next up you will have to modify Embed.toml in the src/03-setup directory of the book's source code. ", where is the Embed.toml file? I can not find it on my computer. Thanks a lot.
