Release new versions #174

It is time to start releasing the latest changes (specially after e-h-1), as some people are struggling with their builds.

Please, take a quick look and let's publish the current state of this workspace in crates.io

Just FYI: You can use Fixes: #173 which allows GitHub to track the issue and close it automatically. For an example, see https://github.com/docker-mailserver/docker-mailserver/pull/3747
