For ziggy we need a new feature that was just merged in honggfuzz that improves honggfuzz' performance in fuzzing campaigns. @PaulGrandperrin Could you please merge this (or update yourself) and release a new version of honggfuzz-rs? Thank you!

Hi! Sorry I couldn't merge your PR directly.. I just updated upstream honggfuzz to the latest version and I'll release it soon. Thanks!
