Wow! This was big. Other updates:

Complete incompleted change of Game#update
Fix bugs in the Game#update current implementation
Correct inappropriate block level in Game#update
De-uglify Target design
Copy debug statements (but left them commented).
Fix controls bug (multiple keypresses incorrectly handled)
