Rusty Playdate update #1528

Latest release of Rusty Playdate is mostly about cargo-playdate v0.5 build-tool and cargo-plugin.

Needs correction, better grammar & wording. Please 🙏

@janhohenheim it could be awesome, thank you 😊 Also there is about abbrs - can I ignore that lint or have to remove tags? Reasons for that I've described in the tracking issue, you know.

Made an editorial pass. I'll merge it after the CI passes, but feel free to comment if you don't like something and I'll fix it in a follow-up PR :)

Looks like https://gamedev.social is having some network errors in general. I'll rerun the CI when they fixed it.

I went ahead and disabled the lint for gamedev.social in order to get this merged. I'll re-enable it later in #1533
