Add Persian/Farsi translation support #184

Hi I recently started to translate this book to Persian (Farsi). I would be very grateful if you add the translation.

Edit: It's not completed yet, but I already finished chapter 1. Also there are some issues with RTL mode with project's HTML and CSS, that I'm working on it.
