Prepare 0.3.68 #536

This version is a little new API and a lot of fixes to make this library work better on every OS or family of OSes.

Thanks for merging! It seems I lack release permissions despite being part of crate-maintainers, so I would appreciate it if either that was resolved or someone who does have them cuts the release.
