Swedish translation #1985

I started a translation of the rust-lang book into Swedish. At some point I hope that it will be complete. In the mean time I'm aiming to improve it (slowly). :)

Please apply the "Translations", "Enhancement" and "blocked upstream" labels to this issue. Seems like I'm lacking permissions to do this myself.

Excellent, thank you! Now let's hope that mdbook includes a way to handle translations soon. :)
