Build broken on `1.81.0-nightly (cf2df68d1 2024-07-01)` and `1.79.0 (129f3b996 2024-06-10)` (stable) #730

Crater currently fails to build on 1.81.0-nightly (cf2df68d1 2024-07-01) and 1.79.0 (129f3b996 2024-06-10) (stable) due to an outdated time dependency:

cargo update -p time fixes the issue.
