Update CI to check for buildability on MUSL #82

This is a (admittedly somewhat naive) implementation of a basic "it works" test on musl.

If there's a way to fit this into the matrix in a reasonable way, that'd be better, but i'm not aware of one.

(Also, yes, I know the CI fails. That's kind of the point 😅)
