Summary

Please describe your meeting topic here. It doesn't have to be very long, but it's always good to try and identify a concrete question to be answered or narrow topic for discussion. Nobody likes a rambly meeting.

The goal of this meeting will be to look at https://github.com/rust-lang/rfcs/pull/3368 and help it progress. There have been some conflicting feedback from different lang team members (specifically @joshtriplett and myself) about the versioning scheme and process proposed in this RFC. The lang team feels we generally care about this feature and want to see progress, though there isn't a clear champion on the team yet.

I believe we can mark this as "complete" as the RFC and initial implementation of the namespace has landed. There are open questions about specifics of the actual attributes, but nothing that would require this ticket remaining open.
