Options

who should own the macro?
- I'd like to have my own test attributes
Stablize inventory-like thing?
- Can't have tests in functions today because rustc can't collect it
- A linked-based solution would be better
- People not fans of a proc-macro solution

linkme is closer to what dtolany wants to see merged

Splitting proper test enumeration into #40. We can use linkme in the short term
