we need footer.hbs #1288

When multiple people collaborate to write a document, we hope to generate information such as the modified person, the generation date, and the modification date in the footer location. Especially the github-page page. We really need this feature to trace the document

It would be great to have a configurable footer to display things like the license of the content.
