Reviewers not being automatically assigned #1030

CONTRIBUTING.md states:

All pull requests are reviewed by another person. We have a bot, @rust-highfive, that will automatically assign a random person to review your request.

Automatic PR review assignment is not happening in this repository. If this is deliberate, we should update CONTRIBUTING.md. If it's not deliberate, we should decide whether to fix it or to accept it and update CONTRIBUTING.md.

This has been fixed (presumably by rust-lang-nursery/highfive#86)!
