Add Auckland meetup #1185

After a successful Rust talk sneakily placed at a Go meetup here in Auckland, we've decided to start a brand new Rust meetup. Details are included in the PR.

If any changes to this PR are deemed necessary, please add them as extra commits. This ensures that the reviewer can see what has changed since they last reviewed the code.
