Notes:

I am on Windows 10 (newest stable version with all updates installed)
CPU: i5-3570
VS Code version: 1.60.1
Extension version: 0.2.743
Rust Analyzer version: 2021-09-13 stable
The project I'm testing this on is about 10k loc
I have word based suggestions turned off ("editor.wordBasedSuggestions": false)
