"possible cause of the failure" duplicates many output lines #59

At https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/91342#issuecomment-981225016, the "possible cause of failure" looks rather odd:

There are indeed two ICEs in the output, but over on https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/runs/4348491731?check_suite_focus=true they are separated as expected -- not sure if the log-analyzer is duplicating one of the ICEs or interleaving the two of them.
