This updates all dependencies to the latest versions. There were two updates that required code changes:

unicode-width 0.2.0 changed the width of linebreaks from 0 to 1, so I adjusted the code to exclude line breaks when calculating string widths
annotate-snippets 0.11.0 required some code updates
