add some exercises and relevant solutions to async chapter, and add README.md file

Hi, it is probably my fault that I didn't communicate my intent correctly in https://github.com/rust-lang/rustlings/issues/2040. I am not looking for PRs right now for async. I just created the issue as a future plan.
