Meeting attendees are invited to read a document and notify when they
start and when they finish reading the document.
As suggested, I've just duplicated some code, making the simplest patch possible. Wording and emoji are modeled after one of the T-compiler meeting, can be of course improved.
Rendering should be close to this:
Note: IUUC the current format of Message seems to not allow also a body to Zulip (API docs) so as for all other messages, anything following the command will be ignored.
