Determine procedures for team check-in #9

We're searching for a good procedure to track team progress and roadmap progress.

The process should make it easy for teams to report to each other and give some insights on where they are.

I know there was a big spreadsheet Edition 2018 somewhere...

Status update: we did create the project leadership sync meeting. We're still trying to figure out what might be a good cadence and what the best structure would be. One problem we've had is relatively light representation.
