Project name: Algorithms: Aggregative Clustering
Project details: At Smartcore we have an open PR to implement Aggregative Clustering using FastPair and fastcluster algorithms. Would be great to have some support from quantitative developers to check the procedures already implemented and implement tests and visualizations (dendrograms). I can introduce you to papers involved and start hacking the current code.
