Take last appeared library if many library files are found
Allow link dynamic library of OpenMP runtime (libiomp5.so) even if mkl-static-*-iomp case. This is due to some distribution including Ubuntu does not provide libiomp5.a.
Add openmp-strict-link-type feature to disable above.
