I'd also suggest adding a guide on how to use this with existing projects.
Especially for projects moving from the old cargo-apk and similar.
Furthermore, the template project you get with x new is severely outdated, referencing repositories that don't even exist anymore (e.g. # Locked until https://github.com/Nercury/android_logger-rs/issues/58 is fixed).
Is this still maintained?
