README does not have any mention of browsers support, nor absence of such support.

Does libui plan to support, theoretically can support someday or architecturally cannot support web-based UIs?

Browser support is not planned. libui-ng, our underlying library, supports only Windows, Mac OS, and GTK+ 3.
