Thanks for the PR! I think I prefer using the first person and a "section written by" annotation for these sections. It makes it clear who's talking and that the newsletter is a collaborative work with multiple authors. So it would be great if you could change it from "Philipp Schuster encountered ..." to "I encountered ..." etc. and add the "section written by".
