Add conventional commits recomendation in contribution guide #75

We are going to try using conventional commits https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/ so we need to add it to the contribution guide so we can find it and make it easier for new contributors.

Abandoning this as it add too much complexity without a corresponding reward in value for our use case.
