Dead links to random number generators #31

on the page "Our RNGs" the links to random number generators that are not part of the rust-random/rand crate are dead. I think the rust-random/rngs repository needs a similar github-pages CI workflow.

I think there's no point setting up a similar CI-generated page for the rngs repo; just pointing at docs.rs is enough.
