Delete Inactive Repository #2

This repository has 2 commits with no sign of life. It'd be better to either archive or delete this repository to avoid distracting future contributors.

If the repository is being maintained and contributed to in private, it still calls for the same action unless the other commits are published to public here.

Hey @gurjeet, thanks for opening this. I know it can be confusing. We are just now considering re-purposing this repository for creating a workspace for kvm related crates: https://github.com/rust-vmm/community/issues/98. We're expecting this it to become active in the following weeks.

If you are looking for the kvm functionality, you can find it in the kvm-bindings and kvm-ioctls repositories.
