I put the bindings regeneration onto my todo list, I should be able to get to it next week

Regenerated the bindings and just attached the commits here

@roypat Maybe best to split your (excellent) fixes into a separate PR rather then bundle it into this dependabot one?

Mhh, I thought I remembered reading something during on-boarding that we fix up issues related to rust-vmm-ci updates in the same PR that updates rust-vmm-ci, but I also can't find where I read that anymore. Do you have strong opinions on keeping them separated? Having them together makes the review turnaround a bit quicker, haha
